Good Night, States: Country/Static

Pittsburgh indie-rock bande Good Night, States, one of my favorite discoveries as of late (thanks RSLblog), will release their first full-length album Country/Static on March 6, 2012. 

“Good Night, States is comprised of five members – Steve, Megan, Trevor, Dan and Matt – who own a lot of gear, frequently drive back and forth between Pittsburgh and the New York metro area, and build their own noise-making contraptions. The band’s music features carefully crafted songwriting, beautiful melodies, vintage analog synthesizers, four part vocal harmonies, and a plethora of handwired guitar pedals and amplifiers.” —Good Night, States biography
